RENEE SIMPSON

Born in Pennsylvania, Renee had lived in six states when her family settled in North Carolina when she was 10. Renee and her husband Blake currently live in Rockwell, NC with their three children: Peyton, Parker, and Porter.

Immediately after graduating from UNCC, Renee followed in her grandfather’s footsteps and entered the financial planning business. Away from work, Renee and Blake attend Mecklenburg Community Church. Renee once spent a month volunteering at the orphanages in Nairobi, Kenya caring for children and providing education on the prevention of Malaria, HIV and Aids. She has recently continued the mission work in Nicaragua.

She is the president of the Lake Norman chapter of Women in Networking and was instrumental in forging Advanced Wealth Strategies charitable partnerships and volunteer efforts.
