JAY NEAL

Jay is a native Charlottean currently residing in Davidson, NC. He is married to Charlotte and they have three children; William, Rachel, and Wesley.

After graduating rom Wofford College, Jay owned a couple businesses in the investment real estate industry. He enjoyed the advising part of those businesses and decided to transition into the more comprehensive financial advising role that he enjoys today at Advanced Wealth Strategies, Inc. Outside of work and family time, Jay runs and works out but doesn’t always enjoy it. Most of his free time is dedicated to his “avocation” of officiating NCAA football games in the Southern, Sun Belt and SEC Conferences. 

Jay grew up attending Paw Creek Presbyterian Church where he later served as an Elder and Sunday School Teacher. He currently attends Davidson College Presbyterian Church. In the recent past Jay was a co-leader of the Davidson Career Transition Program, led several mission trips to assist an orphanage in Cochabamba, Bolivia, and sat on the Board of Directors of A Giving Spirit Foundation and the Lotta Foundation. Currently, he sits on the Board of Directors of The Lake Norman Healthcare Forum.
